In honour of World Press Freedom Day, News 19 TT presents Ask the Journalist, a series of interviews with journalists and media practitioners about the profession and the work that goes into it.

Trinidad and Tobago just dropped from 19th place in 2025 to 32nd place on the Reporters without Borders 2026 World Press Freedom Index, so these conversations are more important than ever.
